- agreeing your menu
- preparing and delivering your food
- laying up tables to your specification (paper table coverings, serviettes, crockery and cutlery are provided by us as part of the price)
- serving your food using uniformed staff
- hire of additional services available on request (e.g. linen, additional glassware or crockery)
